NOBE Cooling Care De-Puffing Eye Patches are cooling, hydrating and de-puffing hydrogel eye gel pads containing innovative Fazer Xylitol® and Soothing Cooler®, a combination of five skin-loving plant extracts. The world’s first xylitol is made from high-quality oat hulls, which are a by-product of oat processing at Finnish food company Fazer. Oat xylitol effectively binds moisture to the skin and has a cooling and soothing effect. It also has a prebiotic ingredient that supports the skin’s natural microbiome to strengthen the skin’s protective barrier. Soothing Cooler® is a blend of aloe vera, kelp, yam, elm root and violet extract, which has an overall cooling, soothing and deeply hydrating effect, while also being able to reduce puffiness and provide antioxidant protection to the skin. How to use

Use the spatula provided to remove the gel pads from the jar and place them on a clean, dry area under the eyes. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Gently massage the remaining serum until fully absorbed.
