When will my order be dispatched?

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received in our company’s account. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

You can track your order using the tracking code provided in the order confirmation email. Typically, the delivery time is 1-5 business days.

How can I get a discount on my purchase?

All Serabella e-store loyal customers receive a 5% discount on regular-priced items. You can join the loyalty program.

Additionally, all newsletter subscribers will receive a discount coupon for their first order.

Note: Discount coupons do not apply to perfumes. The 5% loyalty discount applies to perfumes. Coupons are valid only for regular-priced items (unless otherwise stated).

I subscribed to the newsletter, but haven't received the confirmation email.

If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, emails can end up there.
