The owner of the Serabella.ee online store (referred to as the Webstore) is OÜ Biomeril (registration code 12282920), located at Maimu St 6, Haabersti District, 13522, Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Webstore. The prices of the products sold in the Webstore are listed next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price of the product. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and chosen delivery method. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the product is displayed directly next to the product in the Webstore.

Placing an Order

To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount will then be displayed, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment methods. The contract is considered valid when the payment has been received by the Webstore’s bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock issues or for other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and any paid amount (including delivery costs) will usually be refunded within 1-5 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund process may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following country: Estonia. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information will be displayed with the delivery method. Domestic shipments usually reach the buyer’s designated destination within 1-5 business days from the conclusion of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 30 calendar days. If the Webstore has informed the buyer about delivery issues and a delivery period exceeding 30 calendar days, the Webstore’s stated deadline applies.

The accuracy and correctness of the details provided in the order are important to avoid delays and misunderstandings during delivery. The Webstore is not responsible for any delays or misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccurate information provided by the customer when placing the order.

Damaged shipments will be replaced if the products (but not the product packaging) are damaged during transportation. If replacement is not possible, the damaged product’s value will be refunded.

Prices

All prices in the Webstore are in euros and include a 22% VAT.

The Webstore reserves the right to adjust prices. If the customer places an order before price changes take effect, the price stated at the time of order placement will apply. The customer has no right to demand compensation for price differences.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as is allowed when testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for any other purpose or show signs of use or wear, the Webstore has the right to reduce the refunded amount according to the depreciation of the product’s value.

To return goods, the customer must submit a withdrawal statement, which can be found here: withdrawal form, and send it by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the returned item does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item). The customer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within the same period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Webstore will refund the customer any amounts paid under the contract within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.

Claims

The Webstore is responsible for the non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the customer if the defect existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of the delivery date. Within the first year after the delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Webstore must disprove this assumption. The customer has the right to contact the Webstore about any defects within two months by emailing info@serabella.ee or calling +372 5444 0501.

The Webstore is not responsible for defects caused after delivery due to customer actions or inactions (e.g., misuse, accident, etc.) or due to normal wear and tear from regular use.

If the goods purchased from the Webstore are defective, the Webstore will either repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webstore will refund the customer all costs related to the sales contract.

The Webstore will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.

Force Majeure

The Webstore is not responsible for damage or delays in delivery if such damage or delay is due to circumstances beyond the Webstore’s control or unforeseeable events.

Dispute Resolution

If the customer has complaints about the Webstore, they should send them to info@serabella.ee or call +372 5444 0501.

If the customer and the Webstore cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the customer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedures and the possibility to file a claim can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has jurisdiction over disputes arising from the contract between the customer and the Webstore. The review of a customer complaint by the Committee is free of charge. The customer may also turn to the European Union Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

Product prices and availability may change without notice. In such cases, the Webstore reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the customer within a reasonable period.

Product information is regularly reviewed and updated. The data may have changed after the customer’s last visit.
